Romney-Obama Presidential Debate (10/16/12)

President Barack Obama and GOP Presidential candidate Mitt Romney will debate on Tuesday, October 16, 2012. This is the second of three presidential debates for the November 2012 election. The debate will air between 9:00 PM and 10:30 PM Eastern Time. That means the time of the debate is 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM on Arizona time.
Each debate will be broadcast live on ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC, as well as all cable news channels including CNN, Fox News and MSNBC among others.
The presidential debate will be held at Hofstra University in Hampstead, New York. The host will be candy Crowley of CNN.
The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which citizens will ask questions of the candidates on foreign and domestic issues. Candidates each will have two minutes to respond, and an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate a discussion. The town meeting participants will be undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization.
