Most people that have had experiences in the Pima County Family Court System will agree that if you are looking for justice in this Court System you’re probably looking in the wrong place. We have found through our own Court experience as well as those we have interviewed that has also had Court hearings in the Pima County Family Court System, that there seems to be Court Rulings that are based on how the Judge feels on that particular day and nothing to do with the actual law. In many cases rulings are made that completely conflict with the actual law but are allowed solely because THE JUDGE SAY SO. The worse thing you can do when you discover the law wasn’t followed by the judge is to call him out on it. Judges in the Pima County Court system appear to make up the laws as they go. Most people who go through Family Court the first time and have no previous Court experiences might have the sense that Justice Will Prevail solely based on Fictitious Court Hearings that they may have seen on TV. In the real Court things are way difference. Most people will be in complete shock when they learn that Court is really nothing at all LIKE WHAT THEY BEEN THOUGHT BY TV SHOWS.
These court allows people to lie and say what ever they want in the Family Court and the Judge will buy into the best story. These Courts don’t seems to care about evidence and even if you do have good evidence they don’t show much consideration for it, in some cases evidence that will clearly make a difference is rejected or ignore by these Judges with no Justifications. What is the point of swearing under the oath and get off by telling lies? The Threat of Punishment of Perjury is a Joke and you can Search Google all day long and you probably won’t find many cases where anyone has been convicted by the Court for lying. Where does the Justice System apply?
There are Domestic Violence Involve and the judge just shuts you off by saying they can’t do anything and need to bring the matter to Criminal Court when it happens in the Family Court, getting an order of protections ARE in Family Court but when there are Domestic Violence happens between two people, the judge ignores the serious matter? When people violating the visitation order, no sanctions or fines. Anyone can lie in the Family Court of Pima County if they are the best liar!
The Bottom line is, if you want to win your case in the Pima County Family Court System, you better be the better liar and story teller!!
This is a brief overview of a 3 year Court battle we experienced ourselves.
Our intentions is to inform the Public of the true reality of the Pima County Family Court system. There must be a way for all the victims out there to get justice in this corrupt Family Court and starts thinking about the child future and best interests!!
PIMA COUNTY FAMILY COURT
LIES = WIN

Mariam and Public,
Parents are the cause of the problems in the Superior Court. It is your job as a loving parent to explore every reporting avenue in protecting your child! DO NOT GIVE UP!
There is something you can do! Contact Pima County Attorneys Office and the Pima County Board of Supervisors. Make sure you provide them a copy of the court docket and the transcript of the hearing. Express your concerns that Children need to come first in the family court not the parental back and fourth attacks. If you look at the County Org Chart you will see that residence are the direct bosses of the Board of Supervisors (BOS) who are the governing authority. BOS is required to take action in investigating usurping of court process. Let the BOS know that you are also contacting the US Department of Justice Criminal Div regarding local Gov Corruption. Usurping is illegal and is punishable by criminal prosecution! ARS 38-234. Lawyer in this county are in collusion with the judge and no lawyer will protect your child with honesty. The Pima County Superior Court will always use Socialism and ignore ARS 25-403 Best interest of the child. ARS 25-403.05 and ARS 25-403.03 are also good to cite if you have domestic violence evidence. Commissioners are paid by county tax funds and judges are paid by state funds. Typically commissioners are more corrupt then judges because commissioners (Judge Pro Temps)know or understand less ARS Laws and its harder for states to hold them accountable. So what are you going to do with your evidence of injustice? 1. Contact Pima County Attorneys Office. 2. Contact Pima County Board of Supervisors (BOS). 3. Contact US Department of Justice and let them know that you are being deprived your civil rights and equal access to the court process. Also I suggest you gather others who have same run-ins with the superior court and we can all work together to files a class action lawsuit which will, I guaranty will put commissioners in jail. Child abuse by honorable members of our community is unacceptable! So any parent (father or mother) who is RAPED by the immoral and injustice (best interest) in the pima county superior court should be doing there duty as a loving parent by reported to the organizations I listed above. All of these are accessible via Google Search.
